1. Introduction

Welcome to De Ajah’s Multi Concept (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), operating the website deajahs.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchase of products, and engagement of our services (including solar system supply & installation, CCTV installation, electrical/smart home works, repairs, and training programs).

By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Nigerian law. Businesses and individuals may purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide.

3. Products and Services

• We sell solar energy products (panels, batteries, inverters, complete systems), security cameras, lighting, appliances, and related accessories.
• We provide installation, repair, maintenance, and training services (including diploma certification programs).
• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for guidance. Actual appearance or performance may vary slightly. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and exclusive of delivery or installation unless stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to limit quantities.
• Training programs include practical skills and may lead to a diploma certificate upon successful completion. Specific course details, duration, and requirements are provided at registration.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud).
• Order confirmation (via email/SMS or account) forms the contract.
• For custom installations or large systems, a separate quotation or service agreement may apply and supersede general terms where specified.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

• Prices are as displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, card payments (via Paystack), and other methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is generally required before dispatch or commencement of installation/training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For installations and large systems, a deposit may be required, with balance due on completion or as agreed.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.

6. Delivery, Shipping, and Risk

• We deliver within Nigeria (primarily Ondo and surrounding states; nationwide where feasible). Delivery times are estimates only.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately based on location, size, and weight.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon your receipt (for local delivery/installation). Inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal may incur additional fees or cancellation (product cost refunded less shipping/handling where applicable).

7. Installation and On-Site Services

• Installations (solar, CCTV, electrical, smart home) require site assessment where necessary. Additional costs may apply for complex sites, extra materials, or travel outside standard areas.
• You must provide safe access, accurate information, and any required permits. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by site conditions outside our control.
• Workmanship warranty on installations is typically 6–12 months from completion, covering defects in our work (not customer misuse, third-party interference, or force majeure). Manufacturer warranties on products apply separately.
• Completion is confirmed when the system is commissioned and functional as per agreed scope.

8. Training Services

• Registration and payment confirm your place. Course schedules, materials, and certification requirements will be communicated.
• Refunds for training: Full refund if cancelled by us; partial or no refund if you cancel after a stated deadline or fail to attend (e.g., 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days before start).
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of requirements. We reserve the right to withhold certificates for non-payment or misconduct.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Physical products (unused/unopened): Eligible returns within 7–14 days of delivery if in original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase. Contact us for authorization.
• Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds (to original payment method) are processed after inspection, typically within 7–14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
• Non-returnable items: Opened/used products, custom-configured systems, installed goods (except under warranty), digital materials, or items marked final sale.
• Defective products: Contact us immediately. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund per manufacturer warranty and Nigerian consumer protection principles.
• Installed systems: Returns are generally not available after installation; warranty claims apply instead.

10. Warranties

• Products carry manufacturer warranties as stated on the product page or packaging. We will assist with claims where possible.
• Our workmanship warranty on installations/repairs is as stated in Section 7.
• No other warranties (express or implied) beyond those required by Nigerian law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted energy production (dependent on weather, usage, maintenance, etc.).

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability for any claim arising from products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product/service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption), except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Force majeure events (power outages beyond our control, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, supply chain disruptions) excuse performance delays.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, product images, training materials, and branding are owned by or licensed to De Ajah’s Multi Concept. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

13. User Accounts and Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Prohibited: fraudulent orders, abusive behavior, unauthorized access, or any activity that harms the site or other users.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to such processing in accordance with Nigerian data protection requirements.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Ondo State.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the website or email where practicable.
